Stone Cladding Panels
PRL and SRS Ontario are pleased to present our pre-formed panels with the look and feel of limestone, riverrock, fieldstone and stacked stone. These novel and realistic panels are great time-savers and allow you, the contractor to install hundreds of square feet of stone panels per day and provide an authentic looking and pleasing end product to your customer. Cliff Rock Panels
We also provide unique cliff rock panels that are designed for use by landscape and building contractors for design/build of rock landscapes (rockscapes) used in both outdoor and indoor décor.  PRL and SRS Ontario are bringing you a growing list of high quality products and innovative solutions to make realistic and great looking rock formations to give your customers the thrill and satisfaction of having beautiful rockscapes and aquatic features in their yards, home interiors and/or corporate yards, courtyards or atriums.

These products were designed to facilitate ease and speed of construction of rockscapes and aquatic features that might otherwise take many weeks or require significant heavy rock pieces and the resulting heavy machinery or equipment that is either undesirable or not feasible in your setting. These products look and feel like real rock and, while lighter than rock, still have the density to ensure the desired strength, stability and density to prevent accidental movement.

These panels come in Low, Medium and High Relief contours offering quite flat surfaces right up to significant three-dimensional surfaces providing exciting and real rock like features.

Products and descriptions:

Cliff Rock Panels:
These panels are fashioned from real cliff rock and have the look and feel of cliff rock. These panels come in over forty shapes and sizes and can be used to construct cliff rock features such as retaining walls, small and large cliff-like features, climbing walls and beautiful waterfalls, grottos, rapids, ponds and much, much more. Limestone Panels:
Fashioned after stone-cut limestone used in walls, posts etc. these panels are leading favourites of installers and home owners. The most popular use is to enclose or re-cover buildings and gates, concrete or cinder-block walls. Other uses are to enclose Barbeques and patio areas and features such as outdoor cooking areas or cabanas and storage sheds. Simply fasten to the structure you wish to cover and mesh together, these panels can be readily coloured to any texture desired. See our photo section for examples of recent projects.

River Rock Panels:
These panels are fashioned from real river rock and are designed to enable rapid construction of walls, chimneys, gates and fence posts and more. These are also favourites for cladding existing buildings and structures to cover up and reinforce or simply just beautify old, ugly or decaying features such as building aprons, chimneys, gate posts and walls etc…. Field Stone Panels:
These impressive panels provide the customer with beautiful fieldstone features and are favourites for creating fabulous fieldstone walls. Granites, sedimentary rocks….go ahead, pick a colour and texture and we’ll do our best to provide you with impressive and natural looking fieldstone features. We love a challenge!

Trims:
We have trims such as end caps, inside corners, outside corners, ledge caps etc. that complement in particular our limestone panels. These make a very nice finish to corners and ends of walls.

Time-saving Texturing and Finishing Products:
Sometimes you don’t have time to shop around for the materials you require to get the product done, or they are only available in large quantities. Synthetic Rock Solutions offers a complete line of complementary products including bulk and texture mixes, additives, texturing stamps and stains to help you to a professional and beautifully finished rock or aquatic feature product. Our job is to make yours easy!!

Fiber Mix, Texture Mix and Hydroseal:
These are the three standard mixes you will require for bulking rock or meshing panels, though giving them their surface texture and smoothness where desired.

Stone Tough Admixture:
SRS’s proprietary admix for bonding concretes and creating a rock solid product with the toughness of real rock.

Release Agents, and Stamps:
The ideal products for creating the realistic rock-like surfaces on your boulders, retaining walls and aquatic features.

Stains and Sealers:
Chosen to offer the best results in your choice of colour and final texture to give your features that “life-like” look of real rock.
